Microscopic precision, rapid prototyping of precision sample piece

In addition to the ceramic printer, there is also a high-precision printer with the precision of projector reaching to 3.8μm, which is responsible for printing high-precision models. So there is no need to polish or spray the molding model.

Take the model in following picture as an example.

The actual width of the model in the picture is 5.68mm, and the narrowest part is only 0.061mm, and it takes about 2 hours to finish printing. This kind of small printing model can be used for the research of new materials to assist the development of cutting-edge technologies, such as aerospace technology, 5G technology and so on. This ceramic 3D printer also allows to use third-party materials to facilitate scientific research.

Advantages of ceramic 3D printer in application
Compared with traditional processed, the ceramic 3D printer has significant advantages such as high precision, free design, no need for mold, and easy manufacture of complex structures. At present, the developed ceramic printing technology includes SLA, DLP, SLS and FDM. In terms of surface quality and molding effect, light-curing technology shows better printing effect. According to market demand, SoonSer has developed desktop and industrial DLP ceramic 3D printers in the early years. With the ceramic 3D printing technology becoming mature gradually, this technology is used in more and more fields to solve the sore point that cannot be solved by traditional processes. And during the application process, we also realized that the applications in some cutting-edge industries have certain limitations due to the limitations of materials and precision. Therefore, we researched and developed a ceramic 3D printer that integrates multiple materials and high precision.
Multi-material 3D printing technology significantly improves the performance of ceramic models

As shown in the picture below, the equipment has several printing thanks for placing different printing materials. The equipment cures and superimposes the materials through the mechanical movement of the printing platform, and finally finishes the multi-material model.

On the one hand, multi-material ceramic 3D printing reduces the material requirement threshold of ceramic printing; on the other hand, it effectively remedies the performance shortcoming of single-material models and improves the thermal stability, strength and toughness of printed products.

In addition, the equipment also shows other excellent performance:

1. Only 50 gram of printing material is needed to start printing, which can save materials and reduce costs.

2. Equipment software has opened up many parameters, which can be adjusted according to research needs.

Accept machine customization, fully meet the needs of research and development

It is worth mentioning that the equipment accepts other customization, which  includes changing printing technology, changing printing platform size, adjusting precision and superposing material with different attributes, etc.

Customized equipment meets the needs of different academic research in universities and research institutions, enabling theories to be grounded and concepts to become reality. At present, some universities have purchased SoonSer printers for R&D, such as Zhejiang University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Wuhan University of Technology, Guangdong University of Technology, Nantong Institute of Technology, and Shijiazhuang Tiedao University.

The application scenarios of ceramic 3D printing technology are becoming more comprehensive, and at the same time, technical fields exploited by research institutions are getting wider. Multi-material printing technology and equipment provide the possibility to promote large-scale precision manufacturing in modern industrialization.

As an important product of the Third Industrial Revolution, 3D printing technology has promoted the innovative development of various cutting-edge technologies and become an indispensable "CP" for scientific research.
